The Terroir of Uco Valley finds a great exponent in this great wine of perfect balance between fruit and complexity. Its power and caliber define the typical stately expression of Malbec. Region, climate, viticulture and oenology acting in synergy. Ideal to accompany spicy foods, chivitos, red meats, cold cuts and goat cheeses.
VINEYARD: Currently the Uco Valley is the most important area in terms of style and quality of wines. Located in the Precordillera, Uco Valley has a unique microclimate with great thermal amplitude, cooler average temperatures and complex soils that affect wines with intensity, personality and finesse. The Vistaflores vineyard is dreamed. With 20 years of age, it is planted exclusively with Malbec on welldrained soils that transmit a great mineral character to the wine. Its soil is loamy- sandy-stony. The irrigation system uses meltwater from the Andes Mountains.
VARIETY: 100% MALBEC
Region/Country: Vistaflores, Tunuyán, Valle de Uco – Mendoza – Argentina
Altitude: 1000 m.a.s.l. Vintage: Manual in bines, on three different dates after selection of tape clusters.

This allows us to achieve three wines with markedly different and distinctive nuances. Then they ripen separately for 8 months in French Oak barrels of first and second use, according to the profile of each wine. Finally, the resulting wines are tasted and the final assemblage is assembled, achieving a wine that reflects your Terroir; elegant, with a strong structure, fruity and sucrose.
Fermentation: Alcoholic in vessels. Three weeks of maceration in contact with pomace. Malolactic fermentation in contact with fine erasures
Maturation: In French Oak barrels of First and Second Use for 8 months, then 6 months in the bottle inside the cellar.
